Conserve

  • By using your towels more than once, you can reduce the amount of water, energy and detergents used. Please hang your towels on the rack provided if you wish to use them again, or place them on the floor if you would like fresh ones.
  • We will change your bedlinen on a regular basis during your stay, if you prefer to have your linens replaced daily, please let your Butler know.
  • Help us support the local community through our beautiful selection of Indonesian handmade arts & crafts and charity products available at our boutique.

Reduce

  • We advocate a single-use plastic free guest experience, in an effort to eliminate non-biodegradable waste. We hope you enjoy our eco-friendly alternatives; from woven beach baskets to bamboo drinking straws, available for purchase at our boutique.
  • Try our selection of organic bath products, handmade in our “Spa kitchen” with our very own blend of essential oils. Visit our Spa boutique to take home your holiday scented souvenir.
  • The weather is hot and drinking plenty of water is important for your hydration. We have a dispenser of complimentary mineral water in each villa and refillable glass bottles at your disposal.

Respond

  • Fresh water is a precious resource, especially on a tropical island, and we invite you to keep that in mind when taking a shower or bath.
  • All organic waste is repurposed as animal food in collaboration with local farmers or composted to keep our tropical garden’s lush and green.
  • Turn off lights and Air Conditioning when not in and whenever you leave your villa, energy is precious and our villas are not afraid of the dark.

Amenities

A selection of bathroom amenities is available in your villa with additional items available on request. Please contact our Butler team directly or through the “Butler Service” section on the webapp.

Airport

Ngurah Rai International Airport is located ca. 40 minutes driving time from The Pavilions Bali. We recommend that you leave the resort two hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and three hours prior when traveling to international destinations. Our Guest Service team would be pleased to arrange for a private hotel transfer to the airport.

Atm & Currency Exchange

ATM accepting international cards are available throughout Sanur, to exchange foreign currency we recommend you only use Authorized Money Changers, our Guest Service team will be pleased to point out the closest facility.

Babysitting Services

Babysitting can be arranged subject to availability and 24 hours’ advance notice with our Guest Service team or through the “Butler Service” section on the webapp.

Bale

Open daily from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm

Home to our reception, a well-stocked library with multilingual books, DVD movies and CD music selection, as well as our boutique. Our Guest Service team is pleased to assist with your special requests, activity and transportation arrangements.

Beach

Sindhu Beach, with its calm blue waters, white sand beach and over 5 km of boardwalk, is just a few minutes away by foot.

Beach towels are available in your villa or at the Pool Bar, we also provide you with a traditional straw bag for use during your stay with us.

Boutique

Our Boutique carries a handpicked selection of arts & crafts, apparel and souvenirs made by local artisans. You can also find our exclusive Pavilions amenity line and custom-made homeware displayed in our villas.

All furnishings provided in your villa are intended for use during your stay, any missing or damaged items will be added to your resort bill accordingly.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the privacy of your villa or at Jahe Restaurant between 7.00 am and 11.00 am daily. Kindly advise us a day prior should you prefer a takeaway breakfast for an early morning departure or excursion.

Check Out Time

Our customary check out time is 12.00 noon. Should you wish to avail of your villa for a late check-out, please contact our Guest Service team to confirm applicable charges and availability.

Doctor

Please contact Guest Services should you require first aid or medical assistance.

Drinking Water

An environmentally friendly dispenser with complimentary mineral water is provided in your villa together with refillable glass bottles. Kindly note that tap water in Bali is not safe for drinking.

Electrical Current

The electrical current in Bali is 220 volts. An international adaptor is provided in your villa, additional adapters can be requested from your Butler.

Emergency

In case of an emergency, please contact Ext. 0 24h a day and follow the guidelines on the Emergency Evacuation Plan posted in your villa.

Excursions & Activities

We offer an array of excursions and activities, from island hopping to adventure tours and tailor-made itineraries. Please refer to our “Activities & Experiences” section on the webapp or contact our Guest Service team for further information.

Hotel Car

Our fleet of hotel vehicles and drivers are available for hire, subject to advance booking.

Internet

Wireless internet access is available in all villas. Your mobile device or laptop should automatically detect the network setting, password is provided in your villa.

In Villa Dining

Our menu selection can also be enjoyed in the privacy and comfort of your own villa.

Place your order directly through our “In Villa Dining” section on the webapp or contact our Restaurant team at ext. 300. Please allow 30 minutes’ delivery time.

Iron & Ironing Board

Available through the “Butler Service” section on the webapp.

Jahe Restaurant

Indulge your appetite in the tropical garden setting of Jahe, with its open-air dining area and romantic private gazebos, the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun, featuring a la carte local specialties and international favorites.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Please place your laundry/dry cleaning in the laundry bag provided in your villa, together with the completed form and request collection.

Kindly allow 24 hours delay for delivery. Should you require same day service, please advise and request collection before 8.00 am in the morning.

Main Swimming Pool

Open daily from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm

Located at the heart of the resort, next to our Kul Kul Tower – a traditional Balinese village landmark – and our Pool Bar, perfect for a daytime snack or refreshment.

Please adhere to the safety rules posted in the swimming pool area.

Mini Bar

A curated selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and Balinese snacks is available in your in-villa bar, as well as complimentary tea & coffee making facilities. Once set up the mini bar will be replenished daily and consumptions charged to your guest account.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for both motorbikes and cars, please register your vehicle with Guest Service.

Pool Bar

Sample our selection of organic salads, sandwiches and pool bites or simply refresh & recharge with a fresh juice or tropical cocktail poolside.

Safe Deposit Box

A safe deposit box is located in the wardrobe of your villa, we recommend that you keep all your valuables in the safe. The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to your valuables.

Security

Please exercise customary care when visiting the island and be mindful of your belongings. Keep your villa door locked and report any suspicious activity to our security team on duty 24 hours.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly not permitted indoors, smoking inside your villa will incur in a mandatory deep cleaning fee of 5,000,000 IDR. We kindly ask you to smoke in your terrace & garden area, where an ashtray is provided for your convenience.

The Pavilions Spa

Open daily from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm

Four airy treatment rooms arranged around a private garden offer the perfect backdrop for our all-natural massages, healing therapies and beauty treatments. The Pavilions Spa also houses our open-air yoga studio and a small gym corner.
