Chef Marseault’s culinary journey began in the picturesque Pays d’Iroise, where at just nine years old, he discovered his calling. Under the guidance of his father, young Julien mastered classic French dishes, laying the foundation for his future brilliance.

A Career Decorated with Stars
Trained by the esteemed Patrick Le Guen, Chef Marseault’s talent quickly propelled him to prestigious kitchens across Europe. His culinary prowess earned him accolades including:
