Cancellation policy for flexible reservations:
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up until 2 days prior to the arrival date. When you cancel your reservation, please ask for a cancellation number which can be given to you through the booking channel. In the event of a no-show or when cancelling within 2 days to the arrival date, the total reservation amount will be charged (no-show or late cancellation fee). For reservations with arrival on Friday we have a minimum stay of three nights and on Saturday of two nights. This must be considered when changing your reservation within the cancellation policy.

Advance Purchase Rate:
reservations need to be paid directly, are non-refundable, and non-changeable reservations. There will be no refund in case of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations can only be recognized when a cancellation number is given to you through the booking channel.

Rates are subject to service charge and government tax.

Please note than when traveling with children the following applies: By Dutch law, minors ( -18 years ) must always be accompanied by an adult and therefore may not stay alone in a room without an adult present.

Not all rooms are suitable to prepare two separate beds or an extra bed.

When arranging 2 beds in your room there is not much space between the beds which may be the case in other hotels/countries. The size of each single bed is 0.8 meters (or 32 inches) which is a bit less wide than a twin size bed by US standards.

For an extra bed an additional fee will apply, please check possibilities with our reservations department when making your reservations.

You have the possibility to rent the bikes as from 4 hours or, if you got the hang of it, a full day or more. Ask our team prior or during your stay about the possibilities.

The Toren has two houses which are both monumental which can be entered by a few steps. We do have an elevator in both houses, however the building is in its original state, resulting in smaller steps throughout the property. In order to get to our rooms, guests are forced to take some small steps. However we would like you to know that there will not be more than 7 steps per stair case. In 2017 we have built a third floor in our main building. This floor is not reachable by elevator.

The Hotel has a no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites.

Pets are not allowed with the exception of help-dogs. Please inform the hotel when making a booking with a pet. Please contact us for small size dog policy.

The Bio Holiday Resort provides families the opportunity to enjoy an affordable holiday in a spacious holiday bungalow and safari tents with many extra facilities. There are lots of activities for the whole family. For a brief period, it feels as if the handicap is no hindrance. Everybody matters, nobody is left out.
